High and lows

Our journey home begins today. It will be difficult to leave the 50+ degree weather but is always good to get back home. Thought I would recap our experience with some highs and lows.

  1. I have really enjoyed reading your posts and seeing your pictures from Sochi. We are all very proud of the team and of the Silver Medal which they won.

  2. I posted earlier but must have been between your posts and it didn’t appear. Hopefully it won’t come through twice.

What a run! We are so proud of team USA and Anne. Either team could have won.

An Olympic medal is an incredible accomplishment! It was fun to see so much of Anne on the ice.

Thank you for sharing your adventure. Have a safe trip home.

  5. This is my third attempt to leave you a message today. I hope this goes through.
What a ride! We are very proud of the team and especially Anne. Either team could have won. It made me think about Vince Lombardi’s phrase, “We didn’t lose the game, we just ran out of time”. It was a great game but just the wrong ending. It was fun to see so much of Anne on the ice. An Olympic medal is an amazing accomplishment . Anne worked hard for it. Thank you for sharing your adventure with us. Have a safe trip home.

  6. Safe travels!!! Thank you so much for sharing your journey with us!! It has been a great ride and we appreciate the time you took to help us feel part of the experience!!
